Househunt Like a Pro

It's about time we brought Househunting into the 21st century.  

Did you know that Real Esate Brokerages in Toronto used to fax a list of new listings to each other and then put 

them in a binder for clients to browse?  That was the the MLS system!  We've 

come a long way with technology. There are now tons of great apps, sites and info 

available for home buyers. 

 

The unfortunate part is that most buyers never receive any of this 

information!   Information that could save them a TON of money.  

I want to make sure that each and every one of my clients has the most up to date 

information, stats and trends.   That's why my clients receive an iPad 

preloaded with all of this information every time we meet.   Clients can see solds, 

virtual tours, neighbourhood reports or just find the nearest grocery store.  My clients will 

get access to the same information I use on a daily basis.

 

And once we find your dream home the iPad is yours to keep!
